Keypad Lights

Just got a new sendo x....

when the keypad lights & screen backlight come on, should all the keys be lit up?

I only get the outer 2 rows light, whereas the middle row (keys 2,5,8,0) are completely unlit. Is this by design or a fault?

It's not a fault as such, nor is it quite by design 😞

On the keypad itself, the LEDs are situated between the middle and outer columns of keys, and by some less than perfect design, it means that the outer columns light up far more than the middle one does. 😞

Cheers stu, think you answered a query I posted on what mobile the other week as well..
So it's by bad design :/ and therefore not worth seeking a replacement?

I guess it's *minor* at the end of the day, just a little annoying - anyway first impressions are good, will be very interested in the x2 when it arrives. It's a shame about movie playback being so poor considering how smooth & clean it looks through the view finder.

Well not all the time. Notice that the refreshrate depends on the amount of light entering the ccd; on a clear/bright day the viewfinder gives smooth viewing (about 30fps?), but in darker circumstances it drops to a poor 1 maybe 2 fps...I'm curious how the X2 will handle this...
