Hi, What digital cameras work directly with the IR port on the 9210. I have the Concorde IR which is O.K but not for close ups!!! I am only interested in ones which can transfer the pictures directly to the 9210 via the IR port. I have found a few cameras with the IR port but have heard that some may not work so i thought i'd ask just to be sure. Please only post what ones definatly work. Regards. 😉

Actually want to know this 2.

The wristcams would cost about 250� but because of the high 'gadget' aspect I find it worthy.

But 100� for the concorde is to much for the quality.

So I'm searching for a camera between 250� and 100� with some descent quality and of course the Infared. 😊

Why do you want interface beteween a digital camera an 9210(i)? A max quality JPG from a 4MP digital camera runs to 2+MB. What are you going to do with it once you have transferred it to the 9210? Why not go out and buy a decent 3-4 MP digital camera, stick in a 128-256 MB compact flash card and link to your PC/laptop via USB card reader?

Because I don't own a laptop it would be great to interface with my 9210. I probably still use the direct connection to my pc but It's a nice to have.

My 9210 has this feature so why not look a little beyondthe first camera that comes along and get one that can interface with my 9210? Purpose? anoying friends by taking their picture and sending it through email a half minute later 😊 Or maybe over MMS if it ever comes to that 😊

I agree with dazler, I am after a high quality camera for the purpose of transfering files to my communicator via infra-red and if i want higher quality i can then transfer them to my laptop via infra-red e.t.c. But i want a camera where i have got the choice to do this. Someone must own a digital camera with IR port that works with both??? Regards. 😃

try checking at casio.com -- i've seen before a good 1.++ Megapixel with IR...

problem nowadays is that digital cameras use more on USB ports rather than IR ports.

I'm using an IXUS330 2.0megapixels... w/ 256MB CF card. and it's quite good. usb port.

7650 can communicate with 9210 via ir and has built in digital camera but it only suport up to 640x480.
