Hello, I transfered all the contacts from a 6600 to a 6680, but I found too many duplicates. So, I erased all the contacts in order to retransfer the contacts again.
Unfortunately the transfer program brings up a screen that I copied everything and that it will exit.
Is there a way to copy the contacts in my situation?
Note: I am using a Mac computer so I don't know what's in the CD that came with the 6680.

I had to go to the local nokia dealer that I bought the phone from and they formatted the phone for me. But be careful, when I transfered the data to my 6680 the second time, I had no contacts on the phone, while the images from the first transfer was still on the phone. So, hastily, I chose to transfer everything from my 6600 to 6680 and to my astonishment, when the pictures and videos were transfered the second time, there was some kind of conflict and some applications could not access the MMC. Also the phone acted erratically.
Again, I had to go and format and restore the MMC at the dealer.
Hope this prevents someone some trouble.
Hi, my friend... on 13may i got exactly the same problem with yours.. and im still without any help for the moment... i am still tryng to trnsfer my database from my 6600 to 6680... have u ever found any solution for your DATA TRANSFER problem.. Please if you have any solution inform me as well...
In additonal ... i got another problem raising from the MMC card which has stopped the viewing my cameras on my 6680 and then the solution was formatting the MMC card... and then surely i lost many programs like Kodak, picture shaper, PTT, adobe...etc... in case having the same problem ,pls be more careful about formatting the mmc card...
