6600 auto reboot ???

hi all,
i have a real weird problem. say i switch on my phone. the phone boots. the main screen of the phone comes. tht is stand by mode. it searches network. the the phone switches off ... and reboots itself.
advice please.

Throw it on the ground? I would call your service provider and get another phone sent out... 😊
