please, need ur help, guys!
not sure y, but my 'general' profile is not running properly. i have a wav sound as a ringtone, and inside "personalize profile" it reads okay(volume to max). but when the phone rings, it is really silent, can barely hear the tone...
the other profiles with the same ringtone r working okay...
please, someone tell me where the problem is, and wut to do!
