How can I install operator logos on a N-Gage ?

Operator Logos
Easiest way: Use FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/) and its option to set the operator logo from any picture you select.
They go to c:\system\apps\phone\oplogo (if it doesn't exist, FExplorer creates it).
