9500 and Email with One and One

Has anyone else had problems setting up a 9500 to read email hosted by one and one (www.oneandone.co.uk). I've gone through the following steps with no luck;

- Tested I could get email from another provider (worked)
- Tested I could browse the web using the 9500 (worked)
- Tested I could get email from 1 & 1 Email server from another machine with identical DNS Servers, netmask, and gateway (worked)
- Tried to get email via either IMAP or POP from one and one's servers (failed)

I'm using firmware v4.51(0) over wi-fi.

Any help appreciated.

I suppose it does help to get the Incoming and outgoing servers the right way round.
