solved all problems so far. all programs back in and data secure.
now when i start the phone, i always get this error

what program might this be that ill just remove it and put it back again.
Format the device and re-install the OS again , i belive it hasn,t been installed properly
dude, are you sure its the os and not just one program fugging up?
ive been installing over and over with the bloody serial cable and its painful.

nope. this is a new thing. reformatted it all. installed some progs. restarted again cause phone slowing down. install again. then on the final restart, i got the message after i restarted
