I've got a serious problem with the java side of my new 6630. Purchased it on orange payg, brand new.
I've had a few problems, like when i take out the mmc card and return it back into the 6630 while the phones on standyby in the menu, the menu crashes and becomes useless. I cant open any folders or apps ect until i restart the phone.
Beside from this i've encountered a serious lagging effect in all my java games. Splinter cell being one of them. It seems that if im playing a game as normal, java games only, every couple of seconds the game will freeze for a split second then resume. This is really annoying because i cant seem to keep a smooth frame rate in any of the java games. When i activate sound within any of the java games the performance becomes even more worst, the duration between the stutter tightens.. and the game becomes very jittery. It seems to me the ram thats allocated to java isnt clearing quick enough.
Has anybody experienced a problem of this sort? If not im taking the phone back to nokia.
