caller ID doesn't come up

Check your contacts again, you will find those particular number are in there twice, the phone does not know which one to show so it shows the number.

thats what happens alot of the times, or another thing could be is those 2 people disabled the caler id setting which doesnt display their phone number when calling people Tools->Settings->Call->Send My Caller Id
Note: Some Networks wont allow you to change it (well it will change but when u come to call u wont be able to) like here in Saudi Arabia Saudi Telecom Won't Allow it, dont know what other places dont allow it
