install problem UIQ20Product ID missing

hi,
i am new to symbian and installing programs and so on. when i tried to install scumm it says: "UIQ20Product ID missing".
what do i have to do?

It seems like you are trying to install a version not intended for your phone model.

i have nokia communicator 9210, what series does this use? i also tried to install a series 60 application, it said: "series60 productid missing".
any help?

For the 9210 you need apps written for the 9210/9210i (or Series 80 1.0).

Series 60 or UIQ apps will not run (the messages are in their obscure way saying that you are trying to install apps created for some other Symbian OS based platform, and that they will not work on your phone=.
