[PLEASE] Firmware upgrade without knowing version???

1 replies · 9,465 views · Started 09 May 2005

I just installed PsiLoc Extended Profiles and in combination with TaskMan that has crashed my SX1 completely (startup-screen then "beep" and shutdown). None of the reqular escapes work (Shift & *+#) and I can't even get to the hard reset part!

I can still flash my firmware, but since I can't get into my mobile phone I have no clue on how to find out what firmware version I have!
Can anybody pleeeaaase help me on how to find out which firmware version I have, or maybe show me a universal firmware install even just to find the right firmware version???

Thanks sooooooo much in advance, because my hands are starting to shake already after having lost my precious for only a couple of hours!

If *, #, and power on simultaneously (instant format) doesn't work then you have to send the phone to a service center or find someone who has the same dead phone booting tool that the service centers use. Flashing firmware to a dead phone is possible, but you still can't boot afterwards.
