Have Win XP SP1 and Outlook 2002 and PC Suite 6.5.12, my problem is how come the Notes in Outlook is not synchronized. When I initially connected the 9500, the option to synch Notes, under PC Suite was not highlighted, thus not available. What do I need to do? thanks!
9500 Outlook Problems
Try this: Start PC Sync, hit "Properties", then "Create new configuration", etc.

Creating a new configuration does NOT help unfortunately, because this is feature: notes are not syncronised with 9300 (and not with 9500). Nokia PC Suite 6.5.12 is meant to be used with any Nokia phone, i.e. Series 40 and series 60 phones are also supported. Witht hose phones you can syncronise Notes also and if you connect a Series 60 phone to PC Suite 6.5.12, the notes option is available. So all in all, this is unfortunate feature with 9300 and 9500
