Last week, I bought a N7610. Unfortunately, I forgot to check receiving phone call (from any private phone No, etc...). Still now, I cannot receive the call from any No like that.
My firmware is 4.0437.4. I took my phone to a Phone Shop to fix that problem. They didn't upgrade my firmware, just dial some code (I think there are some secret code from Nokia to fix problem like that) into my phone and it worked normally. But when I power off my phone and on again, it was still the old problem. Please help me. Let me know the code which the service dial into my phone.

That beavhiour you describe doesn't make any sense to me; I've never heard of a phone not being able to receive phone calls, if you can make calls with it. I can't think of any "secret" codes related to such either.
Have you installed apps like BlackList or something else to automatically answer phone calls?
Or, try cancelling all call diverts in the "Settings" app (in the "Tools" menu on the phone).
