Problem with MMC

Hi! I've 7610 with a Memory Card of 256MB....... Almost 3 days ago I tried to format the MMC but my phone isn't doing that.
Can anyone guide me in this respect?

Actually this happens to me. I was using Microsim 256RSMMC and i put the card in card Reader and format it.
If u don't have Card Reader then try to format your card in some other Phone Support MMC except 7610

i have a 256 mb RS-MMC on my 7610 and the format works fine...
