problems with building for device

Hi, all 8))

I've complied and run project for emulator. It worked well. But when i try to make sis for device there's an errors:
C:\DOCUME~1\Юрец\LOCALS~1\Temp\cclgyy02.ii: No such file of directory
and C:\DOCUME~1\Юрец\LOCALS~1\Temp\ccWrd3lg.ii: No such file of directory

Maybe anybody knows what are theese *.ii files for and what problems could happen with them 8))
