Arjen reviews CIA World Factbook for the 92x0 and Series 80 platforms, from jDictionary mobile, and, surprisingly, finds it worth shelling out for.

You can get the CIA worldfactbook on a series 60 phone for free from memoware.com. All you need is the free ereader from ereader.com.

Ok, the ereader/memoware (horror) stuff you mentioned is a far cry from the jDictionary Mobile version of The World Factbook in this review. I checked it and I also bought the Dictionary Mobile version of The World Factbook and I must say if you look for the full Factbook content and want the best quality go with the Factbook from jDictionary Mobile. The pictures in the review tell 1000 words.

From the review and those pictures you are on about, it doesn't seem much. The memoware version has flags and maps and you can zoom those maps out too. It also has all the relevent information that you would need. Ereader is far from a horror to use. In fact I'd say it was one of the best ebook readers out there and works fine on my series 60 and I use it on my Pocket PC too. Considering they are both the same size and the jdictionary version obviously incorporates a java program as well, this makes it unlikely it could contain significantly more information.
Sorry but considering this is free I do not see the justification is paying the $25 price tag for something that will give essentially the same information even if it is in a slightly less userfriendly format.
