P800 BT connection problem

I tried to search for most of the issues, however couldn't find answers good enough, so decided to post.
My brother have P800 and MSI BT adapter!
They pared,and see each other but when the PC Suite is started nothing happend,
more exactly,"Not connected" show on the screen!
Phone Connection Monitor is properly set,and properly COM port in Connection proprrties is selected.
What is problem?

Try reinstalling pc suite.

I already reinstall the PC Suite and BT software,but nothing!
I Zone Alarm i allow access all app.related to PC Suite.RMFC,etc.
The icon in sistray is not animated when PC and phone see each other,and PC Suite is started!
With IrDA work fine!
Do you have some other advice?
I connect Siemens S55 via same BT on the same PC,and he working properly,withouth any problems I approach to S55 files(withouth Siemens Data Suite)
