Yes it is, here in the philippines it is possible to have it changed and I actually changed mine. Though I wouldnt recommend it. Just be sure to have it replaced by an authorized or at least experienced person as it would require taking off some stuffs and refitting the console back to the entire panel. Test it before you leave, Phone call, conversation, vibrator, etc etc. Mines Black. Carefull carefull. 🙄
