Does the Nokia 9300 support the autocomplete function for text? Some reviews say it does but I can find nothing in the manual.

I would like to know this for the 9500 too, cos it's not in the manual and i can't find anywhere to turn it on, if it is there!

You mean the 'T9 predictive text'?

No, the 9300 and 9500 doesn't have it I'm afriad. On the plus side, it's much easier to write using the qwerty keyboard.

I'd have liked the T9 text too but I haven't found it's absence to be a big problem.

Not predictive text, which is primarily used to text messaging's guessing of word's you're trying to spell. Autocomplete, however, is the computer's function to complete the word you are tryin to spell. I believe it relies on cookies. It complete's the word you are tryin to spell until you enter a character not fitting of the word you entered earlier. Sound complex but its quite simple. Does the same thing that GATOR does, it you are fimiliar with that.
