I'm new here but i have a pretty strange problem. I'm in the U.S.
I was browsing the Cingular website looking for ringtones, games etc. when I found a game I like and decided to have Cingular send it directly to my phone. I signed up for the program to have it on my monthly bill and gave them my phone number. I picked up my phone and I had a new message, In my Inbox it was a service message. I opened it and it had two things inside it. One was what looked like the Web icon in the main menu and it had a web address on it. The other was just a message with the name of the game. I selected the web icon and it connected through my default access point(GPRS) and it had a small window that said "Downloading message". At this point it sits on Downloading Message for about 6-7 minutes and it just stops downloading. No error messages, it just returns me to the screen with the icon and the text.
I looked in most of my settings to see if anything was out of place, I tried different access points but still nothing has worked for either ringtones, graphics, or games.
From what I can tell the game is a .jad file. I hope you guys can help, because I really don't want to call Cingular Customer Service.

do you have enough memory on your phone?You know you download it into your device memory,not your memory card.
you can check your disk C:/ of your phone by seleq or smartfileman.
