first post here for me , so i hope that i can get some help ...
i got silver nokia 6260 with SW v 3.0448.0 , so this is the latest ..
of course the stupid bug of not able to change volume in mp3 is still here so i won't discuss this , but i got this strange crazy problem : sometimes when i get a call , the phone rings for 3 seconds and the ringing tune changes from the ring tone i use to nokia tune , and then it disconnects the caller who gets the busy tone , and on my phone ther is even no missed call notice , but when u go to the log you find it there !!!!!! then when the caller calls again the mobile is back like normal , this problem happens sometimes and doesn't happen in other times , it is driving me nuts , i tried everthing , soft format , hard format , removing the memory card , using only tones that came with the phone , uninstalled everything , i didn't even put any contact on my device after the hard format : i didn't touch a thing after the hard format , but im still getting this problem , sometimes it is accompanied with error : proxyserver , but it stopped after i stopped the cell broadcast features , but the problem of auto disconnecton is still happening , pleas help me guys , my friend and people think that i disconnect them on purpose and had a lot of troubles from this :frown: :frown: :frown: :icon13:
try going to Nokia service centre .......
i too owe this mobile ,
but i have some other prob.
suppose i get a miss call , or dialled , or received at 10:00 PM ,
in the log manager its shows 9:30 PM
i dont know why it decreases the time by half an hour ........
try contacting nokia thru email address and let them know the prob ...

contacting the manafacture of any device is always my last resort which i always get nothing from it , mostly they either send you a premade faq which has nothing or they ask you to wait for the next firmware release , thanx for the help anyway , let's see if someone has any ideas !! ...

thats pretty wierd , i bet that that your time setting are correct ,( AKA : the time is shown correctly on the phone main page ) hmmm, pretty strange, well this is nothing compared to my problem , to lose 30 minutes in the log is far better from losing 30 friends who they thought that you disconnected them on purpose .....
The half-an-hour problem is quite a common problem amongst Nokia 3650/3660,6600,7610 etc.
You can search the forum with keywords like "Log time" and see such topics.

The ring tone changes because ur line 1 and line 2 get intermixed, its a network issue i face it sometimes , but in my case the person doesnt get disconnected.
If ur notice ur line 2 tone is the nokia tone.
