hi, i've recently set up my office remote email acount on 9300 and syncd all email addresses with outlook express - no probs there but when using the phone to reply to emails whose addresses are new the emails fail to send every time saying check message settings?? have done this and all seems fine. any help wud be much appreciated

Try setting the outgoing email SMTP server to your operator's SMTP server name or IP address.
yes tried that and still getting errors with all new addresses and
some alreadyon phone, have full signal and gprs works perfectly. Puzzling
