Polyphonic Ringtones

I've realised that the ringtones on the 7650 are really lame,
Good ringtones are hard to find,
here are sum polyphonic ringtones that i feel are decent :P

has anyone got the following: 😃

Nelly feat. Kelly Rowland - Dilemma

P. Diddy feat. Usher & Loon - I Need A Girl (Part I)

P. Diddy feat. Ginuwine, Loon & Mario Winnas - I Need A Girl (Part II)

For Midi ringtones check out: www.mididb.com

But if you want REAL ringtones, get a mp3 file, convert it to WAV (search the net for some programs) then edit the wav file using Windows Sound Recorder (that app that comes with every windows!😊) and then change the quality to less, like 44.000 KHz 8 bit mono i guess, and 7kbps, and then you got the perfect LOUD (if you save the file after editing on high volume) ringtone!!

if you convert mp3 files and then change the quality it makes the tune crap, even when u put the volume high,

whats the Nokia Converter & how do u get it?

Nokia's multmedia program just makes sound and video clips smaller.

i converted a 192kb mp3 that was 8mins long to 1.6megs and i play it through my phone, the quality is much then original but not noticeble on the the 7650 speakers.

it converts to .wav btw

i have attached the program.

I seriously nee dto personalise my phone and i dont know where to get the proper ring tones to do it! Help me 😞

Not necessarly! I converted a Mp3 file to WAV, then changed the quality to the best KHz, but lowest Kbps, and mono at 8 bit, and it was REALLY good quality. Besides, you can't expect MP3 quality at a really high volume, as someone already mentioned on this forum: its a small speaker, you can't expect a Bose 5.1 3D sound surround on your phone!!

Try it, it worked great here, i tried different mp3's, and they worked smoothley. ONly BIG downside is that it takes alotta space. A 8 second WAV ringtone on the settings up there it like 400 kb!!!

But worth listening!

u say you have attached the Nokia Converter but i cant find it, there aint any attachment?????????
isn't nokia convertor only for the nokia 9210 etc???
It work also with 7650...

Here is my ringtone made with sound blaster wave studio and converted with Nokia 9110 wav converter...

shit I can't send it.. it takes 270kb and the limit is 256kb...
compress:ed takes 259kb    😞

With that 270kb on your phone you can get 35sec music with voice, bass etc.
thus the bass isn't that good 😃
still cant find the Nokia converter!!!!!!!
