Phone is doing crazy things

My phone is doing some crazy things.

The most weird one is sometimes when it is ringing, before I answer I can hear the person who is calling me talking (They can�t hear me), but the phone still shows calling on the screen???

When I receive a sms my phone does not beep or display �1 new message�, the only way to see if there is a sms is by the little msg icon on the top right??

Can any one explain why these things are happening?

you need to upgrade to the latest firmware, these are bugs problems in earlier vesions. new ones are a lot better.

Try fomatting the memory card this worked with my nokia 6600 and solved the message thing, No idea about the calling thing though sorry...
