I'm just about to install it again after getting my phone back 😃
I'm really suprised it took under a day to fit new battery connectors/new power button and have a firmware upgrade (Now running 3.16)

I took it yesterday afternoon and picked it up this lunchtime.
I've found out that the place I took it to is actually a small service provider and have thier own team of people to service any sort of phone, not just Nokia.
And the great thing is they are only about a 15 minute drive away, and they can upgrade firmware whilst I wait if I phone in advance to see how busy they are. 😃

I only used to live in Leeds during the week, but that has all changed now as I got my new job and moved back to Nottingham. Although I still have my Flat in Leeds for partying at the weekend 😉
I find the Nokia Service Centre in Leeds (Near Virgin Megastore) very bad. I understand that being in the City centre probably means they get busy, but if this company can fix everything and give me a firmware upgrade in less than a day why should it take the one in Leeds 2 weeks to fix a power button? :-?
J2theIzzo, thanks for the info. By referring to the one near Virgin, I assume you mean the Nokia shop? If so, this is actually Car Phone Warehouse. That's where I bought by 7650. I'll remember not to take mine there (should I ever need it), if they're so bad.
