If you open the mobidict on the 9500 it asks for a serial before opening the dictionary.
Where do i find this serial, do i have to buy it, is it hidden in the manual, what do i do?

I don't know anything about mobidict, but I'll take a wild guess and say if it is a commercial ware then you need to buy it. Check with the developer or the site that you downloaded it from, it will sure say something.

I believe the serial it is referring to is the unlock code. Most likely you need to send the serial number of your device when you buy online and an unlock code will be sent to you (this unlock code will only work on your device).

To find your device's serial number (also called IMEI), key in the following (like if you are dialing a number) on the cover phone:
*#06#

Good luck 😊
