I get slightly wound up by this... has any one got a fix for me to try?
Why does the 9500 prompt the user or automatically search for an internet connction even when it is already connected?
An example might be opening a browser window when GPRS is already connected for email. My 9500 will either search for known WiFi connections, then EasyWLAN until it gets to GPRS. Only then will it start to download the home page. Why? if there is a connection open, why can't it just use the existing one?

I thinks your default connection is WiFi, then EasyWLAN, THEN GPRS. Go to the control panel, then connections, select Internet Connections, highlight GPRS, click priority, then move GPRS to the top (using the buttons beside the screen). Hopefully, that'll solve your problem!
