Need Help : No "Profiles" icone appearing

[FONT=Arial]Hello,

I have juste a N-Gage -the classic one with the radio ...

I have a big problem : when I go to the main menu, I cannot see the menu "Profiles" with its icone described in the Manual (chap 10) 😡 .....

(but I have all the others menus "Telephone", "Contacts", "Calendar", "Messaging" ....... )

What can I do to see the "Profiles" menu ?

Is it, perhaps in the "Tools" submenu in the main menu, or perhaps it has been moved elsewhere? It can't just disappear entirely, so check the menu by scrolling all the way down and check also any submenus (subfolders) in the main menu.
