Hi,

Someone can help about this?

When I press "Web" button on my 9500 Comm. , comming first:

"System:Unable to find the specified object."
and then:

" Program: Web
Reason code: ViewSrv
Reason number: 9 "

Anyone have any idea what's happening?

Thanks in advance !

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Does a battery-out reboot help? If not, you may have to reformat the C: drive. And if that doesn't help either, you need to take it down to a Nokia service centre to get the firmware flashed.

Hi,
How can I reformat C:drive?

Thanx a lot

Remove the battery and leave it out for a few minutes. Then reinsert the battery and press and hold Ctrl+Shift+F during start up. You will then see a screen asking if you want to do a format.

Thank a lot,
one more quest. ,how can I see what firmware is in my phone, & how can I upgrade if its 4.44 to 4.51?

Thanks in advance!

There are three ways to check what firmware your Communicator is running.
1. On the phone/cover side type *#0000#
2. On the communicator/PDA side go to the Telephone application and type *#0000#
3. Go to Control panel - Extras - About product and scroll down to the bottom

To upgrade the firmware you must take your phone to a Nokia service centre.

Thanx again,
Is there any other way to upgrade the firmware then Nokia Service centar?
Is there any link to list all codes (like *#0000#), and its functions?
Tnx in advance
