Slow GPRS using DKU-2 cable and One Touch Access

Has anyone noticed how painfully slow the connection speed is using One Touch Access and the USB cable? The Com link says connected via 460.8kbps but it feels like a 9.6kbps connection. I can surf faster on the internal browser than I can on my laptop. Has anyone figured out how to speed this up? Is it a setting in the PC Suite? I am running 6.5.10 of the PC Suiite.

I assume you have GPRS deal with your operator ? Do you get the G key visible in phone when you use the phone browser ?
