All the seals to the boxes containing the sim (etc) and the handset are broken and there is no protective film on the screen.
Should I return it and try somewhere else. I tried their 0870 customer care but coudn't get to speak to anyone after 10 expensive minutes or so. Their web form for "customer care" just gives an error message when you press send whatever you try.
BTW this offer seems to involve at least 5 redemptions from the document they sent, but the offer says 7 months at �25 discount so maybe they even got that wrong.
