I want to convert my *.3gp vids to .mpeg or .avi so I can send them to mates online. What do I need?

Note that your mates can (if they already don't have) also install the Nokia Multimedia Player (or if they have a Nokia phone, the Nokia PC Suite includes it), or the latest Apple QuickTime and probably also the latest Real/Helix Player or something else to view .3gp files.
