Attahced to this are a few images which show some slides from the NMIC press conference. The interesting ones are the one with the next release of Series 60 1.2, the one showing the enablers (nearly all Series 60 based), the 1 million 7650's sold, and the Nokia protfolio (the stars of which are the Symbian devices).

or maybe the nokia 6800 has 2 O/S series 40 and series 60, so we can change which one we like
this looks cool having 2 O/s on a mobile phone lol....
Yep 😉
cause it have also 2 keypads,so why not 2 OS?
My :robot: starts to :agrue: me,so i should go out now 😉
Smi
Of course it might not be the 6800 it could be the be the 6800i 😉
The gameboy like device is the N-Gage - its a Symbian device. See here http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/newsdisplay2.php?id=3847
I'm fairly sure the 6800 is not Symbian but we can always hope..
Full details of the 6800 are here
http://www.nokia.com/phones/6800/
and specs here
http://www.nokia.com/phones/6800/specifications.html
The specs say is shares 4MB of memory for everything and there some limitations on it. Series 60 it aint. For now it looks like Nokia is using Series 60 on its power phones such as the 7650, 3650 and N-Gage. Still if the 7650 sold 1 million units, how many are 3 devices going to sell... Symbian will be way on the way to profitability, and with more Symbian devices to come who knows. 😊
No mention of Symbian OS so ones assumes not, which if you ask me is a shame.
Wow, great new phones. I can't wait to buy the N-Gage!!!!!! 😃
Btw the 6800 is definetely not Series 60/Symbian as the screen size is 128x128 which is the size of the Series 40 UI phones. And because of its equal width and height you can rotate the screen 90 degrees.
Where can I find more info about the N-Gage, cause I don't seem to find anything on the Nokia site. (just the press release)
Of course it might not be the 6800 it could be the be the 6800i
Oh Nooooooo..... The damn thing's not even out yet and folks are already starting on a "i" version....
