Hi, i usually dont post here but i read this forum everiday.
3 days ago i changed my 6260 for the 7710, and i like the phone, but im not geting used to its size. The xcreen is excellent, and the slower speed than some other S60 nokia phones dont bother me much.

The firmware on my 7710 is 3.50, and i got a few hang ups already. The first one was when i was setting a voice tag. Have some problems recording the voice tags, if i speak right after the beep, when i hear the playback of that tag it only recorded half of what i said, so i realized later that i must wait 1 or 2 seconds after the beep, then the tag is correctely recorded.

Battery drains too fast, really fast, one morning without much use and in the afternoon i dont even have 1 bar on the Batt level.

One strange thing happened today, last night i installed a new theme, the chipset one, it looks cool, but today i found that my phone cant display the chinese characters, all i see is squares.... I switched back to the original theme and all is ok now. Also today something happened, i couldnt hear what other say on the phone, the only way was to use the headset or the loudspeaker.. Turn it off and on again, same thing, then i turn off, remove battery and on again and its back to normal...

Well i like the phone, but it really still have some bugs, and another thing i miss from my 6260 was the one hand use. I dont mean PDA functions, that are also possible for 1 habd use in 6260, but at least the phone dialer screen could be portrait instead of landscape..

I hope this can be fixed in a new firmware...

Im considering changing the phone with a 9300, but i really wouldnt like to loose the nice cam and stereo sound :frown:
