Always on Mail on cingular U.S.

I'm trying it in Italy with Vodafone and it's working rother well
At the very beginning the application couldn't start, reporting a strange error, then magically at the ennth attempted it registered itself and worked fine

There are some issues:
1) no professional edition available for 7710
2) the sent mail are not visible to me, despite the fact I configured to be kept in the "sent items" folders
3) the current release stores message in the same inbox of sms instead of alwayson folder. It will be fixed with a new version at the end of the month

Apart from this, it worked fine
