Hi,
I am the lucky owner of a Sendo X since December 2004. I have to admit that I was really excited about the specs. Unfortunately, I definetly regret tohave bought this phone that is faulty:
- the OS is unstable and slow
- the microphone is faulty (so many people can't hear me) something that never happens on a 20 euros phone. I bought mine 350 euros ! I send my X to the after sales services for nothing ! the same problem occurs !
I don't understand what is your strategy but I definetly hope that you will not forget to give your unfortunate customers (i am not the only one to complain) a HUGE vouncher on the X2 that I hope is less faulty !! Otherwise you definetly don't need to do any martketing at all, we will take care of it !

Several people have mentioned the fault with the microphone - I haven't experienced it on my handset, but there was another thread here which covered how to fix it.
As for the idea of a reduction on the X2 - If you have had a poor experience with Sendo, why would you return to them?
I have used my X for quite a long time - any errors that I have had in that time were all down to 3rd party software, which I admit you have to be careful about choosing - the X is picky about which apps run smoothly. In all cases, when the phone has been reset, I don't have any problems with the OS. It may be that your firmware is due for an update.

seams like the last few users of sendo x they got fed up with this....i can't call it phone, ppl are getting angry,BAD SENDO BAD 😃 :icon13:
So I take it Sendo won't be getting any Xmas cards from you guys any time soon?
