Can't log into Hotmail or BT Internet

Hi,

Despite enabling cookies I can't log into either of these services both claiming I have to have cookies enabled (Which I do) Any ideas?

I've not tried to log into either but there are issues with other websites that don't recognise the browser version on the 9500 so won't allow access.

I can log into hotmail (no ad hotmail subscription (less crappy html))
