Hi having problems with my picture messages can't send any. I can recive one though. When i try to create a Pic msg i click text message then options and then insert, i only get Template. i don't have Picture choice it does not appear with the template.
any advise most welcome.
Are you refering to the old black and white picture messages or the more modern photo(jpeg/gif) picture messages(refered to as multimedia messages).
If it's the photo then the menu will not appear in "text message". You will have to select to send "multimedia message".
This will allow the insertion of pictures, sound or video.
If you are refering to the black and white ones then these should be available as a "text" message.
Do you have a specific folder for this type of pic messages in your 6680. It should be in the gallery and would be separate from photo folder.
Nokia may be trying to faze these out in favour of multimedia so may not have included this folder. Not sure if included in 6630. If it's not there then ya won't be able to select it from "text message" menu.
You may be able to create this folder but not sure how. Believe it has different properties to photo folder

I Think that Coming Model of Nokia does support pictures (only recive) not sending any more.
yes i was asking about the black and white old version of the picture message. can't seem to be able to send one. please let me know if you come across any additional info about this. Thanks to both of you for giving me a reply.
