Hi folks,
I'm trying to backup my 9210 to my PC using PC suite. Everytime I try this the backup task crashes out after the 'Analysing' stage with the message that the backup record could not be found.
The 'help' pages ofr PC suite suggest that this is because a file on the Communicator has been deleted, and recommends restoring the last full device backup and starting over. I did this and it made no difference - i still can't backup!.
Has anyone got any handy hints as to how I can get around this?
