How to Write the ROM

The ROM or Z drive can be write or not? i've try to copy from other z drive and paste to Z drive, but it's not working.

ROM = Read Only Memory

Well, yes, but that doesn't do much good, because what you can write then is illegally distributed copies of firmware files, which you can't really change without having the original binaries and ROM image creation tools that phone manufacturers have.

So, in essence and for all practical purposes, for a phone owner, ROM (the Z-drive) is not writable/changeable.
