Sending mail problems with 9300

Hello there,

we've just purchased a 9300 for our CEO to replace his blackberry/phone two device problem 🙄 Our email system is Groupwise 6.5 and I have set the 9300 to dial into the system using IMPA4 to pick up his email over GPRS, this all works fine and when he deletes a message from the 9300 it removes it from his GW mailbox - all good.

however I can't seem to send any outgoing mail - it just gives me a problem sending mail message?

any ideas to point me in the right direction - or better still any idea when the blackberry connect software is due for release?

Have you tried using the SMTP address of your mobile service provider instead of your own smtp server address (ie. smtp.serviceprovider.com)?
Find out our mobile network operator's smtp address and try it.
