I don't think Nokia PC Suite is designed for that kind of usage. You can create many syncronisation settings to PC Sync, but those are PER phone TYPE, not per PHONE, so the PC Suite is not able to make difference between your 2 communicators and the changes you make to each of the information sources can mix up the situation, sw thinks ther are only 2 sources of information when there are actually 3.

YOu can try to onvercome the situation so that you make changes only to Outlook and then syncronise the 2 devices one after another as "one way sync" (look for advanced option is Pc Sync and choose DIRECTION from Outlook to phone only.
Then you maybe able to conrol the situation, the poor PC Sync is fooled to think that it just syncronises to same device 2 times.

If that approach does not fit your purpose, sorry, cannot figure out anything else.

Hi, me again.
It seems I was wrong, PC Sync actually can separate between 2 devices, it creates a separate sync profile(settings) based on the phone IMEI code, so it treats the 2 communicators as separate devices, sorry about me being wrong there.

Back to your original problem that you have dublicates or disappearing calendar items I still dont have good suggestions.

I am sick and tired of this problem.

My old 9210i memory fell apart with 1347 full contacts and been to the Nokia service centre 3 X's so I bought a 9500.

That too has shat itself with memory problems now that I have 1642 full contacts.

Finally I was informed that a 9500/9300 will only take 1000 full contacts. Forget about cards as contacts still have to be loaded into internal memory to work.

NO MORE NOKIA PRODUCTS FOR ME. THE PDA IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND SYMBIAN IS NOT UP TO THE TASK.
