Broken Cover Screen

Hi All!

I'm a new user, love this site...it has been a great resource. So far I had nothing to contribute - that recently changed....so here it goes:

I just droped my 9500 on the sidewalk and broke the cover screen. I have looked around and found some places that sell the replacement. Unfortunatly there are no instructions.
I have had the cover removed and cant figure out how to get to the screen it's self or how to get it out.

the phone was bouught pre-US release so the service center is more than likely going to give me the same runaround as with a firmware upgrade :icon13:

anybody have any experiance with replacing the sreen??

HELP!

DOH!
Don't even attempt to try & repair it yourself. Was the phone bought legitamately?
If so, bite the bullet & speak to the people you bought it from. Unless you want to completely shag your warrenty?
Of course, lessons learned -
1) Get insurance that covers accidental damage. esp for Flagship kit like this .... unless 500 a pop is throw-away money to you?
2) Get a protective leather case/cover....

I bought the phone in the US from a US shiper but it is an Asian version phone. The broblem is that Nokia will not do any work on phones with serial numbers from other countries.

Have a leather case.

But tell me more about the insurance??
