problem connecting to pc

I have problems to connect my 6630 to the nokia pc suite.
I tried to connect using the usb and bluetooth, both failed.
It does not recognise any mobile when I switch on the pc suite.
Please help.

Uninstall PC Suite. Then go to Control Panel and uninstall also "Nokia Connectivity Cable" drivers. Reboot.

Then get and install the latest PC Suite (6.5.12) from http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite and install it.

PC Suite needs Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

For Bluetooth I've found that Windows XP SP2 and the Bluetooth drivers that come with SP2 works best (instead of any Bluetooth dongle/adapter manufacturer supplied drivers).

If that doesn't help, you need to elaborate what "failed" means (what happens? what error messages, if any? etc.).
