after i conver the video file , i tried playing it with my mobile and my pc . The entire video jerks , including the sound . Anybody have any idea why i have this problem ?

I think it has a problem with your codec of your phone or of your pc, mostly of the phone. My idea you should try reinstall smartmovie and codec in your phone. Make sure that the both of codec used in phone and in pc are the same. I've also ever had same problem, but i could fix it.

the thing is , whenever i play the file in my com after converting it . It keeps jerking , so the problem lies with the converter in my computer
