ok I have recorded an sound clip, then played it was great and loud. The i wished that sound playing as someone calls me, in profiles under general , personalize and selected that sound clip. Turned volume level to the max etc. But when someone calls me the phone is playing the sound level is too low. I can hardly hear it. And again in profile the volume is to the maximum.any suggestions>?

Yeah that happned to me alot. It seems that when you record a sound clip, the sound is always played like mayber 50 percent less volume. No matter what. But if you have other files as ringtones like wav or midi, the sound is higher.
I dunno how to bypass your problem, guess you have to get MIDI or convert your AMR recorded file into WAV and send it back to the 7650!

A friend of mine also had the same problem with wav files in 7650, and I told him to change the sampling rate (22,1 kHz) and resolution (8 bit), and it worked! Why don't you try the same?
Or you can try the voice dial thingy,look in the forum of TANKERx's post about his speaker geting louder.
