My guess is you have to take it to a service center and have it upgraded with firmware of the preffered language... I don't know if this can be done in Sweden or if you have to go to Hungary.

Venacava,
Hello. I was wondering if you every resolved this problem about adding a language to your 6680? I just purchased a 6682 (in the US) and am trying to do the same thing, albeit with the Italian language. (We get English, Spanish and French pre-loaded...as if Nokia/Cingular were doing us a big favor, anticipating (wrongly!) our language needs. Not that we Americans are known for being polyglots...but that's a separate issue!)

I've been told by Nokia customer care that the languages are fixed when the phone is manufactured, in whichever market they are made for, and can not be changed. My basic understanding of technology - and my knowledge of how wildly prices vary between markets - causes me to doubt their simple answer.

For what it is worth, you can see the thread based on my posting under the "Nokia 6630, 6680, 6681 and 6682" forum, "add writing language to 6682?".

Best regards.
