got a new 6680 Nokia. 4 hour into it, it locked up and stopped working, after pulling out the battery to cancel power, and re inserting battery and powering on, the nokia work logo only lits up then it faides in and out, then goes away, you can not turn phone off.
even leaving it unpowered overnight then trying again has no positive effect,
Dealer exchange
2nd one did ame thing with 24 hour this time

I work as a part-time phone retailer. The store that I work in has sold plenty of 6680 and both I and my friend own one. Never heard of that before.
Did you keep the mem.card/battery from the first phone or did you get new ones?
this phone its a great piece of junk. Ive bought one, and after a week, ive returned and exchange for 6630.
The 6680, its full a bugs, and watch out for your photos and videos. The phone from time to time, deletes all your MMC contents. It was not only my phone, but thousands of them, if not almost all of them, has serious bugs. I think the solution its to update the firmware, maybe will solve the bugs. Here in my country, there is no update until today, so ive returned, because i dont have to pay 600,00 for a phone and not using it,because of the bugs.
My 6630, works 100% until today. Ive like the looks of the 6680, more than 6630, but as i said, i dont want to pay for a equipment that i cant use.
