Clearing Call Duration

Hi! I just bought a N9500 a month ago. I usually delete Call Duration manually on the 1st of every month.

Here's what I'm doing on the cover menu. MENU-CALL LOG-CALL DURATION-CLEAR TIMERS

Apparently, nothing is happening...its just doesn't respond....any clue on what could be wrong???

check your firmware. my 9500's on v 4.44 and I have the same problem. check the post re firmware for further clarification.
